Who handles your data
The controller is “Fun Finder BG” EOOD, UIC 208867685, with registered office and management address at 68 Nessebar Street, 8238 Ravda, Nesebar Municipality, Burgas Region, Bulgaria. For questions about your data, write to info@hotel-elina.com.
What we collect and why
We receive the name, email and/or phone number you provide, stay dates, accommodation type, number of adults, number and ages of children, need for an extra bed, and any optional comment. We use these only to answer your inquiry and, if requested, prepare an offer. We do not collect payment details or use the inquiry to send marketing messages.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your contact details and stay preferences are needed to answer.
Recipients, international processing and retention
The inquiry is emailed to the reservations team through Google Workspace. Google acts as a data processor and technical service provider. Access is limited to staff handling inquiries and technical service providers under the applicable agreements.
Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The safeguards in the current Google Data Processing Addendum, including the applicable contractual transfer mechanisms, apply.
If no booking follows, correspondence is kept for up to 12 months from the last correspondence about the inquiry. A completed booking may be subject to separate statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, object to processing or request data portability by writing to info@hotel-elina.com. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. An indicative price does not make an automated booking decision; availability, final price and terms are confirmed by a person.
